WEEK 20 - Elkhorn, Las Vegas, Nevada

 Hello hello not a very eventful week, pretty slow but it is what it is. Let's just get into ittt

☆HIGHLIGHTS☆

• Service for 3 days let's gooooo!!! Our whole zone helped some members move. It was very fun 

• Teshane (recent convert) showed us his bike and told us allll about it  he LOVES it lol

• At one member meal they had a parrot named Chili it was soo big and pretty  

• Yesterday we chatted with Teshane, then we went to have a lesson with someone but that ended up not happening so we went back to the apartments where Teshane lives to do some more knocking and we ran into him and started chatting again 

☆LOWLIGHTS☆

• It's so slow up here ahhh everyone is either a member already or not interested and there's NO ONE outside 

SPIRITUAL THOUGHT

★ I know we are blessed in so many ways that we don't even realize. It is SO easy to just let our days pass by and not see anything particularly significant or different. But I know that if we try to LOOK for the blessings and the tender mercies, we will start to have a better perspective on life and be able to see how we are blessed and see the little joys throughout our days. 

★ This is something that I definitely want to try more and I invite you to really try to look for the little things in life that bring you joy or that are little tender mercies or miracles.

     ★ It could be a pretty sunset seeing a butterfly seeing a friend plans lining up etc etc etc idk... doesn't have to be anything big

★ And one step even further! I invite you to say a little gratitude prayer when you see these little tender mercies. I know this will help you to see it even more
