WEEK 17! "April showers brings May brown" -hna Herring - Montebello 4, Las Vegas, Nevada

 Wow this transfer is over?!?! CRAZY!

TRANSFER NEWSSSSSS!!!

IM LEAVING MONTEBELLO and heading to ELKHORN!!! It's more north las vegas and guess what? Its ENGLISH! WHAAATTT!

I'm sad to leave but I'm also SO excited for a change of scenery haha I think it is very needed. I'm excited to see how this next transfer is!

ALSO Sister Herring is leaving too!!! We are being white washed! Crazzyyyy!

I am going to miss Sister Herring SO MUCH WOW she's so amazing and so funny I've learned so much and had an absolute BLAST with her.

☆some HIGHLIGHTS from this week☆

• First of all, it was MOTHERS DAYYYYYY YAY! I can't lie I'm pretty sure I have the best mom in the world, I am so thankful for her  and for ALL the women in my life! Love you allllll

• STORY TIME

We were almost home waiting at the crosswalk when we see these guys pushing a car up this little hill that was rolling down into the road (busy road mind you) and they were kind of stopping it but they weren't really getting it up back into the parking lot so we got off our bikes and offered help and they were kinda like uhhh but we started to help anyway and we pushed it up  One of them was like "these girls are stronger than they look" THATS RIGHT  so yeah we basically saved the day

• Got smoothieesss at tropical smoothie YUMM

• I SAW SONIC IRL?!?! (I love sonic btw) lol a guy in a sonic suit at a kids bday party it was sooo funny

• I wanted to count how many cats I saw in a day but of course I decided to do it on the first day it hit 100° so there were like zero cats outside so I only counted 13 but usually it would be like at least double that probably 

☆LOWLIGHTS☆

• It's freaking hot helloooo?? This is horribleee. Not quite sure why people live here but whatever and I'm not sure how I'll survive the summer tbh

SPIRITUAL THOUGHT

Ok back to the story time up there 

This made me think about life and how life can be hard sometimes but with the help of Christ it will be easier. Not easy but easiER. Of course we will always have trials but if we let Christ in our lives, He will be able to take some of the weight and struggle and bless us if we allow Him to help!
