WEEK Sin city more like bug city - Montebello 4, Las Vegas, Nevada

What a cool week wow. SOOO SORRY this is long but a few cool things/ achievementsπŸ€©πŸ€—πŸ™ˆ Also this transfer is FLYINGGGG πŸͺ° how is there only 1 week left?!?!

😎
ZCON!!! This was my first Zone Conference! (Was sick last transfer). It was fun and I learned lots :) also had cafe rio catered so that was awesome

‼️
We had MISSION CONFERENCE!
Which is crazy because Mission conferences are only allowed if an apostle comes, and we had ELDER COOK come and talk to us!!!πŸ‘¨‍🍳🍳 WOW it was so cool. We first had Elders Nash and Barlow of the 70 talk to us, and it was soooo good.
Then we got to hear from Elder Cook! (Also we were sat on the front row so that was epic) At the end he bore his witness of Jesus Christ. He talked about how he knows He is real and He lives. Then he said he wants us to NEVER EVER EVER forget that an APOSTLE OF THE LORD told us this, he said, "I know His voice, I know His face"
WOAAHHHHHH that was crazyyy the spirit was sooo strong. I KNOW JESUS IS REAL! πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•
To be honest, I have been struggling with my testimony lately and trying to figure out what I belive to be true. Because of this, I have been struggling to find the motivation to do missionary work and to find joy in the work. BUT at this mission conference when Elder Cook said this, I knew it was true. I definitely don't know EVERYTHING, but I KNOW that Jesus Christ is real and He lives!
My testimony and faith may go up and down throughout my life, but I can always rely on this foundation that I KNOW JESUS LIVES! He is real! And I KNOW that He loves ME and YOU and EVERY ONE!

🌻
We went on exchanges with the LSTL'S who are like the STL's over the STL's lol and I got to go English with Sister Stevensen for a little!! It was fun to be able to actually say everything I'm trying to say without a language barrier haha.
BUT we came across some spanish speaking people and Sister Stevenson doesn't know Spanish so I lead that convo, shared a scripture, invited them to church, and got their number ALL BY MYSELF! πŸ€― It was definitely super rough lolll but I still did it and I haven't ever done that all alone before!

πŸ’’
Sunday was fast and testimony meeting and it was soo good so many people were sharing their testimonies (even tho I didn't understand most of it lol) we have 3 sets of elders in our ward, and one companionship went up and shared their testimonies, then the next elders, Sister Herring was like let's go up and I was like NAHHHπŸ™…πŸ½‍♀️🚫 and then the last elders went up, Sister Herring was like we have to go up now!!! So, we went up! And we shared our testimonies, mine was very very short and sweet but hey it's something!
(Or something along those lines, just short and sweetπŸ’—)
BUT that was quite out of my comfort zone because I can't remember if I've ever gotten up during testimony meeting before, let alone in SPANISH!!!

🧚🏻‍♀️
SO to recap this week, the start of it was terrible I can't lie. I was sooo unmotivated and didn't want to do anything, but NOW, the past couple days, I have been able to find more joy in the work and see the little miracles that God is putting in my path, and see how He is helping me in this work as I continue to go out of my comfort zone and learn and grow each day.
I invite you all to look for God's hand in your life, and to recognize the little miracles, blessings or tender mercies in your day!
I LOVE YOU! πŸ«ΆπŸ’–⭐🐞

(We didn't invite the car next to us to church so Elder Seaberg
got out of his car and did it and got mad at us loll)
